Cancellation Policy

At P2P Tours, we understand that plans may change, and sometimes it is necessary to cancel or modify a reservation. This Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines and conditions for canceling or making changes to bookings made with P2P Tours for our tour, transportation, and hospitality services. Please read this policy carefully before making a reservation.

  1. Cancellation by the Customer: 1.1. Day Tours and Activities:
  • Cancellations made before 15 or more days prior to the scheduled tour/activity date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to the scheduled tour/activity date will receive a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount + GST 18%.
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days prior to the scheduled tour/activity date will receive a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee of 40% of the total booking amount + GST 18%.
  • Cancellations made within 2 days prior to  tour/activity date or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

1.2. Accommodation Bookings:

  • Cancellations made before 15 or more days prior to the scheduled booking date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to the scheduled booking date will receive a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount + GST 18%.
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days prior to the scheduled booking date will receive a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee of 40% of the total booking amount + GST 18%.
  • Cancellations made within 2 days before booking date or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
  1. Cancellation by P2P Tours: In the unlikely event that P2P Tours needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participation, we will provide a full refund to the customer. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer in advance and offer alternative options, if possible.

  2. Booking Modifications: Subject to availability and applicable terms and conditions, customers may request modifications to their bookings, including changes in dates, participants, or services. P2P Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee availability or that any changes can be made without additional charges.

  3. Refund Process:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Depending on the payment provider and method, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in the customer’s account.
  1. No-Shows: No-shows, which refer to customers who fail to show up for their scheduled tour, activity, or accommodation without prior notice, will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Force Majeure: P2P Tours shall not be held liable or responsible for any delays, cancellations, or modifications to bookings caused by unforeseeable circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or acts of terrorism.
